Dr. Castro attained his undergraduate degree at Indiana University, then completed his medical degree at The Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, received his board certification for Emergency Medicine (ABEM), and has worked in the emergency setting for over 26 years. Besides ABEM, He has received certifications from other boards including A4M, IAPAM, and ABMEMS.
As a physician in his middle years, Dr. Castro carries a lifelong commitment to health and fitness. This dedication is reflected in his past engagement with professional sports organizations, his involvement in bodybuilding and martial arts, and his participation in various sports throughout his life. He actively pursued certifications in anti-aging practices, including peptide and hormone therapies, and aesthetics, as well as employed his expertise in health, fitness, and proper weight management in order to craft an elite program, which is grounded in data and driven by results.
